Privacy Policy
Last updated August 16, 2026
The short version. Âm Lịch Việt Nam keeps the content you create on your device. The limited data listed below is never sold, never used for advertising, and never linked to your identity.
Who we are
Fly to the Byte (“we”, “us”) develops and publishes Âm Lịch Việt Nam. This Privacy Policy explains what data Âm Lịch Việt Nam handles, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the app and to flytothebyte.com.
For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, Fly to the Byte is the data controller for the data described here. You can reach us at support@flytothebyte.com.
What we collect and why
We collect only what is listed below, and only for the stated purpose. We do not collect anything else.
| Category | What this includes | Why we need it | Linked to you? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Usage analytics | Aggregated, anonymous usage data such as which screens are opened and which features are used, plus device model, language, region, and operating system version. | To understand which features are worth improving. | No |
| Crash and performance diagnostics | Crash logs, stack traces, and performance metrics, including device model and operating system version. | To find and fix bugs and performance problems. | No |
| Device identifiers | A pseudonymous app-instance identifier generated on your device, and — if you allow notifications — a push token issued by Apple. | To keep analytics and diagnostics consistent across sessions, and to deliver notifications you asked for. | No |
Legal bases (EU/UK users)
- Contract. Data needed to deliver features you asked for, including the core functionality of the app.
- Legitimate interests. Aggregated diagnostics and usage statistics used to keep the app stable and decide what to improve.
- Consent. The iOS permissions this app asks for: notifications. You can withdraw consent at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Where your data lives
The content you create in Âm Lịch Việt Nam — your events, reminders, and settings — is stored locally on your device. We have no copy of it and no server that receives it.
Notifications
Reminders you set are scheduled and delivered by iOS on your device; their content is not sent to us. If you allow notifications, Apple issues a push token for your device which lets us send occasional service messages. You can revoke notification permission at any time in Settings → Notifications, which invalidates the token.
Third parties
We use the services below. They act as processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) — Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Xem chính sách bảo mật của Google tại https://policies.google.com/privacy

We may disclose data if we are legally required to do so by a valid legal process, or if it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal data.
- We never share your data with data brokers.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not build advertising or behavioural profiles about you.
- The app shows no advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you also have the right to know what is collected and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@flytothebyte.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting the app removes all data stored locally on your device.
Children
Âm Lịch Việt Nam is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on the safeguards offered by the relevant service provider, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will note the change in the app’s release notes. The current version is always available at this URL.
